**Customer Service Representative - Car Insurance Support**
As a **Customer Service Representative**, _your role will be to assist clients with general inquiries related to their car insurance policies. You will provide friendly and efficient support, helping customers understand their coverage, answering questions, and offering solutions to ensure they have a smooth and positive experience._

**Requirements**:
- Fluent conversational skills in both _**English **_and Spanish (_**B2 **_level or higher)._
- Previous _**Call Center**_ _experience, ideally in a customer service environment_
- Basic _**computer skills**_
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with calm and professionalism_
