(Guards, Emergency Stops, Operation Sequence, etc.).- Implement 2 improvement projects per year focused on metrics to systematically solve problems. The project must be implemented following a six-sigma methodology.- Tooling validation for new product runs.- Development of SMT equipment programs (Laser machine, paste printers, component placement machines, reflow ovens, SPI, x-ray machine and component repair machine).- Report daily the performance of SMT lines, lost time, and quality.- Analyze lost time for the implementation of corrective actions.- Execute corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance plans for equipment.- Education & Skills- College Degree preferably.- 1 year of experience in the position or similar.- Knowledge of PLC.- Knowledge of production processesAMETEK, Inc. is a leading integral provider of industrial technology solutions serving a diverse set of attractive niche markets with annual sales over $7.0 billion.
