Our fast-growing, California-based client is on the hunt for a FULLY REMOTE Media Buyer / Team Lead to own strategy, execution, and optimization of multi-channel digital advertising campaigns. You’ll be hands-on with high-budget Google, Amazon, or Facebook campaigns while leading a team of media buyers to maximize ROI and drive exponential revenue growth.
**What You’ll Do**:
Manage large-scale media buys with precision, ensuring top-tier performance and efficiency.
Leverage **data-driven insights** to fine-tune campaigns, maximize ROI, and hit aggressive revenue goals.
Develop, mentor, and scale a team of media buyers,



providing them with the tools to succeed.
Own a **$6M+ annual media budget**, reallocating spend based on data, trends, and market insights.
Work closely with **Creative & CRO teams** to ensure ad performance is fully optimized.
Stay ahead of industry trends and bring fresh, innovative strategies to the table.
