**Unicorn Role Overview**:
**What You’ll Do**:
- Assign incoming applicants to appropriate recruiters based on role requirements and availability.
- Monitor and manage incoming calls within the recruitment team, ensuring timely responses and proper routing.
- Act as a liaison between recruiters and applicants to facilitate smooth communication.
- Maintain accurate records of applicant assignments and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS) or relevant database.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency. Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, ensuring a seamless hiring workflow.

**Requirements**:
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (both written and verbal).
- Previous experience in recruitment support, HR coordination, or administrative roles.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), CRM tools, or HR software is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

**Time Commitment**: Full-Time, 40 hours per week
**Schedule**: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST
