**Responsibilities**:
- Assign and supervise production activities on the floor, ensuring flawless execution of production plans to meet customer requirements for volume, quality, and cost.
- Advise and collaborate with line leaders on manufacturing matters to determine the best course of action.
- Estimate needs and coordinate materials, labor, and equipment to support production goals.
- Maintain effective working relationships and prepare detailed reports.
- Plan, assign, and review the work of staff,
ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
- Perform staff evaluations, adhering to the PMD process, and implement necessary disciplinary actions.
- Support the Assembly Superintendent in addressing observations from ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 certification processes relevant to the area.
- Other duties as assigned.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Outstanding problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
- Proven ability to implement and maintain high standards for quality and efficiency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards is a plus.
