**Responsibilities**
- Lead the development and maintenance of IT services using DB2/400 CLP and AS400/COBOL.
- Oversee the implementation of IT Service Management processes to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team on complex issues related to DB2/400 and AS400/COBOL.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative IT solutions.
- Ensure the stability and performance of IT systems by conducting regular system checks and maintenance.
- Develop and maintain documentation for IT processes and systems to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.
- Monitor and analyze system performance to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to ensure code quality.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve IT services.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide technical solutions that meet their needs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all IT activities.
- Mentor and train junior team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
**Qualifications**




- Possess strong experience in IT Service Management DB2/400 CLP and AS400/COBOL.
- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Show proficiency in developing and maintaining technical documentation.
- Have a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with industry trends and technologies.
- Display strong leadership skills to guide and mentor junior team members.
