We are currently expanding and looking to add a motivated individual to our team based out of our **Queretaro´s yard in Parque Industrial Queretaro**.
**Responsibilities**:
**Talent Attraction and Selection**:
- Post job openings on various platforms and develop attraction strategies for B1 operators.
- Evaluate resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate driving and technical tests.
**Recruitment Process Management**:
- Coordinate medical and psychometric exams, as well as background verification.
- Ensure complete documentation and compliance with legal hiring requirements.
**Internal and External Relations**:
- Collaborate with the operations team to identify hiring needs.
- Maintain contact with job boards, driver training schools,



and other talent sources.
**Reports and Follow-up**:
- Keep vacancy reports, recruitment progress, and hiring metrics up to date.
- Provide continuous feedback on the hiring status to relevant departments.
**Requirements**:
- **Advanced English is a must.**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Administration, or related field (preferred).
- At least 2 years of experience in recruiting transportation operators, preferably B1 unit drivers.
- Experience in document validation and compliance with transportation regulations.
- Knowledge of regulations and requirements for hiring B1 operators.
- Proficiency in recruitment platforms and talent assessment tools.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
