**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
**Cycle counts**
- Perform **daily cycle counts** to maintain high levels of inventory accuracy.
- Conduct **inventory reconciliations** between **Apriso and Oracle** systems, ensuring all variances are properly analyzed and corrected.
- Ensure that all inventory data entered into the system is **accurate and properly validated** to reflect real-time stock levels.
- Interpret and analyze inventory transactions to detect errors, trends, and potential issues affecting stock accuracy
- Perform and document necessary inventory adjustments while ensuring compliance with audit requirements.
- Collaborate closely with warehouse teams and other departments to improve inventory control procedures and minimize discrepancies.
- Support physical inventory audits by preparing reports, analyzing results, and making recommendations for process improvements
- Report any issues related to stock variances, system mismatches, or procedural gaps.
**Required Knowledge & Skills**
- Knowledge of **warehouse operations, inventory management,



and cycle counting procedures**:
- Ability to interpret **inventory reports, reconciliation data, and transaction logs** to maintain system accuracy
- Experience performing **inventory adjustments, audits, and transaction corrections**.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to **ensure seamless inventory operations**.
**Preferred Qualifications & Experience**:
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent (associate’s degree in supply chain, inventory, Logistics, or a related field is a plus).
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or cycle counting.
- **Soft Skills**:
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with warehouse teams.
- Effective communication skills for reporting and coordinating inventory issues
