**Job Description**:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced EX Data Analyst to join our employee experience team. As an EX-Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to extract meaningful insights and drive data-driven decision making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform data analysis and data modeling to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Develop, automate, and maintain data pipelines and workflows for efficient data processing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver actionable recommendations.
- Utilize statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms to enhance data analysis capabilities.
- Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Desire and interest in upskilling to leverage AI tools for maximizing workflow productivity.
**Requirements**:




- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, etc.).
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in an employee experience environment.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, etc.
- Strong knowledge of data engineering concepts and techniques.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
