**Job Description - Project Manager**
**Position**: Project Manager - Analytics and Modeling Projects
**Location**: Mexico City (preferably on-site, hybrid arrangement possible)
**Monthly Salary**: $30,000 to $40,000 MXN gross
**Contract Type**: Full-time
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Define and document project charters, objectives, deliverables, and KPIs.
- Coordinate and monitor the activities of local and offshore teams (primarily in India), and internal stakeholders.
- Lead follow-up meetings, document agreements, and ensure continuous updates of the project plan.
- Liaise between technical teams and business users to clarify functional and technical requirements.
- Identify risks and propose mitigation plans related to data, solutions, implementation, or scope changes.
- Ensure that each phase of the project is aligned with project management standards.
- Ensure that final deliveries and implementation of results and models are aligned with client requirements and needs.
**Requirements**:
- 2 to 4 years of experience in project management (preferably in banking, fintech, or consulting).
- Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies (PMBOK, Agile, SCRUM, Kanban).
- Ability to interact with technical (data scientists, modelers, developers) and non-technical (business users, compliance, etc.)

- Proficiency in project tracking tools (such as MS Project, Jira, Confluence, or similar).
- Intermediate or advanced English (desirable for interaction with offshore teams).
- Basic knowledge of analytics, risk models, or data science (desirable but not essential).
