**Software Development Manager - Remote (Home Office)**
**Location**: Monterrey, Nuevo León (Must live in Monterrey)
**Type**: Permanent (Indefinite contract with a US client)

**Business Technology Services** team as a **Software Development Manager**. You’ll oversee **LIFT** solution integration, onboarding/offboarding, and system support for enterprise clients. Drive efficiency with automation, optimize reporting tools, and collaborate with Media, Analytics, and Creative teams to deliver scalable tech solutions.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead client onboarding/offboarding & ensure smooth data integration
- Provide technical support for integrations and automation
- Design & maintain dashboards for decision-making
- Oversee finance spend tracking and system optimization
- Drive process automation and innovation
- Lead and mentor a team of analysts




**Skills & Experience**:
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science/Engineering or related field (Advanced degree a plus)
- 5+ years in tech, data, or analytics (focus on digital marketing/BI)
- 2+ years in a managerial role
- Expertise in SQL, Python, ETL, BigQuery, AWS Redshift
- Experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
