The Doc Support Specialist 4 performs moderately complex and varied assignments. Most of the impact is related to quality of execution. Works with limited supervision. May service an expansive array of products/services. Demonstrates technical/administrative expertise. Applies specialized functional area skills and basic knowledge including underlying professional/technical principles or standards. The technical procedures for this level are well defined. Understands how duties relate with others in the team/unit and how the unit integrates with others in accomplishing the work of the function. Exchanges moderately complex information with others. There may be occasional handling of awkward contacts. Basic knowledge of the organization and its policies required. Applies research, information gathering and analysis skills to factual information. Applies judgment based on practice and precedence. Selects the best course of action from a broad array of defined options, understanding the consequences of each.
**Responsibilities**:
- Individuals in this job family are involved in providing day-to-day operational support to an aligned business
- Activities include implementation support, administrative and operations coordination for the various products, programs and services offered by the business.
- Serve as liaisons between operations staff, product managers, relationship managers, portfolio managers, custodians, and clients.
- Supports activities dealing with record/documentation maintenance, storage & retrieval, account opening, imaging and administering/maintaining client accounts.




- Follows established procedures to complete complex assignments under limited supervision.
- Assists in resolving problems that require mínimal investigation or research.
- May have direct interaction with Senior managers, to disseminate or explain information..
- Trains new hires within work unit.
- Duties include Workflow Management and interaction with other departments, as well as basic analysis and research.
**Qualifications**:
- 1-3 years relevant experience

**Education**:
- High School diploma or equivalent

**EL OBJETIVO DE LA POSICIÓN ES**:
- Monitoreo eficaz de las operaciones que ejecuta el equipo operativo para detectar oportunamente fallas o riesgos en los procesos de nuestra subdirección.
- Realizar monitoreo de controles y/o ejecución de procesos Contables.
- Ejecutar controles que monitorean el correcto procesamiento de operaciones mayores a $250,000 de nuestro segmento operativo
- Ejecutar controles que monitorean la correcta consulta de los sistemas del banco.
- Validar a través de cruce de bases de datos que las consultas que realizan los operadores del área en los distintos sistemas del banco, sea acorde a los procesos asignados.
- Administración de evidencias que se generan por la ejecución de controles operativos y que se comparten con Testing
- Recabar evidencias de los procesos de controles para el Testing
- Seguimiento de partidas en cuentas contables de alto riesgo para la Dirección de Soporte Operativo y Operación Cheques
