What You'll Do
Act as a credible audit advisor by serving as a trusted partner to audit managers and engagement team leads in the LATAM market. Drive adoption aligned to audit workflows by running onboarding and training sessions that map DataSnipper features to real engagement tasks. Manage account health using product data and stakeholder signals to monitor portfolio health and recognize when signals carry firm-wide implications.
What We're Looking For
Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role in B2B SaaS, combined with direct experience in audit. Professional fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken) is required. Ability to design and execute onboarding and training programs that map to real audit workflows.
