Job Overview
The Senior Materials Manager leads end-to-end materials management across Planning, Purchasing, Inventory Control, Shipping, Receiving, Warehousing, and SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning). The role ensures material availability, production continuity, and on-time customer delivery while optimizing inventory and working capital. The position integrates execution across co-located operations to enable efficient daily presence and decision-making, while aligning tactical execution with mid- and long-term SIOP plans.

A Day In The Life
- Review shortages and material risks
- Align planning, purchasing, and production priorities
- Monitor warehouse operations and inventory accuracy
- Oversee shipping execution and backlog
- Ensure execution aligns with SIOP commitments
- Customer delivery and production continuity

- Strong SAP knowledge (MRP, Purchasing, Inventory)
- Deep understanding of SIOP / IBP processes
- Ability to translate demand signals into supply strategies
- Leadership and cross-functional coordination

- Proficiency with MS Office applications required.
- Bilingual English-Spanish
