Profile

Candidate with experience in inside sales, lead generation, and lead follow-up, capable of making outbound calls, identifying prospects’ needs, handling objections, and converting opportunities into appointments for the sales team.

Minimum Requirements
- 6–12 months of experience in inside sales, customer service, call center, or appointment setting.
- Experience making outbound calls.
- Strong verbal communication and persuasive communication skills.
- Results-oriented with a focus on meeting KPIs.
- CRM experience is required.
- Ability to consistently follow up with leads and prospects.
- Experience using WhatsApp, phone calls, SMS, and email.
- Availability to work on-site in Tijuana.

Preferred Qualifications




- Experience in the automotive industry.
- Experience working with digital leads.
- Experience using an automotive CRM.
- Basic knowledge of automotive financing.
- Conversational English / Bilingual.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, with availability to work occasional Saturdays depending on operational needs.

Sueldo: $4,000.00 - $5,000.00 a la semana
