What You'll Do
Ensure operational continuity and consistency between shifts by managing UTR and OTR macro-processes. Make high-impact decisions in real-time to resolve complex incidents affecting delivery and dispatch. Lead deep audits and root cause analysis to eliminate recurring deviations and implement sustainable standards in operations.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in managing Last Mile logistics operations and leading operational teams. Experience in comprehensive management of UTR and OTR processes. Advanced knowledge of key Last Mile KPIs and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; SQL knowledge is desirable.
