- We are looking for an individual who will dedicate 50% of their efforts as a Scrum Master and the other 50% as a Data Engineer, always prioritizing Scrum Master activities.- _Monitor _**_project timelines, milestones, _**_and _**_deliverables _**_. _
- _Organize and lead _**_daily stand-ups, refinement sessions, sprint planning, sprint reviews and retrospectives. _**:
- **_User story creation _**_: gather requirements from stakeholders, write clear, concise, and comprehensive user stories. _
- _Prioritize and maintain the product backlog on the _**_Azure DevOps (ADO) board _**_. _
- _Work closely with the development team to understand technical challenges and requirements. _
- _Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders. _
- _Prepare and present weekly management updates. _
- _Monitor the status _**_of Data Bricks jobs _**_and _**_ADF pipelines _**_. _
- _Understand the concepts of _**_ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) _**_and _**_ELT (Extract, Load, Transform) processes. _**:
- _Work with _**_Azure Cloud Services, Azure Data Factory _**_and _**_Python / SPARK. _**:
- _Review team monitoring reports to identify issues and create corresponding PBI´s for resolution.**_YOUR PROFILE _**
- **_5-6 years of experience _**_as a Project Manager in a software development environment. _
- **_Excellent understanding _**_of the _**_software development cycle _**_. _
- _Experience in writing _**_user stories _**_and _**_managing product backlog. _**:




- **_Excellent communication _**_in Spanish & English and teamwork skills _
- _Proficiency in creating and managing _**_PBI´s in Azure DevOps _**_. _
- _Strong understanding of _**_Scrum principles and practices _**:
- _Experience with skills bingo and fostering T-shaped teams. _
- _Experience in PI planning. _
- **_Proficiency in Python _**:
- **_Strong understanding of ETL/ELT processes _**_. _
- _Experience with _**_Azure Cloud Services _**_and _**_Azure Data Factory _**_. _
- _Focus system maintenance.- Nice to have: _
- _Certification in PM (Agile, Scrum, PMP) _
