**Key Responsibilities**
1. **Data Analysis**:
- Analyze production data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Implement data collection systems to optimize overall manufacturing efficiency.
2. **Process Improvement**:
- Utilize advanced analytics and statistical methods to optimize manufacturing processes and increase yield.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes and monitor the impact of these changes over time.
3. **Reporting and Visualization**:
- Create dashboards and reports that visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and manufacturing metrics for management review.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and concise reports and visual tools.
4. **Collaboration with IT**:
- Work closely with IT teams to develop and maintain software tools and systems that support data collection and analysis.
- Ensure the integrity and availability of manufacturing data for analytical purposes.
5. **Project Management**:

- Assist in audits and assessments related to manufacturing data practices.
**Required Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Electronics Engineer, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2-4 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a related field with a focus on data analytics.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI) and familiarity with statistical software (e.g., Minitab).
**Preferred Skills**:
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong ability to analyze complex datasets to inform engineering decisions.
- **Lean Manufacturing**: Knowledge of Lean principles and experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma).
- **Communication**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with various teams and stakeholders.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to think critically and creatively to solve engineering and manufacturing challenges.
