**Purpose**
Follow-up and ensure the timely and correct execution of Contracts for Engineering, Construction or Supplies related to the Project’s Social investments, among others, aligning the contractual framework and contract(s) specifications to project’s objectives and Contractual Strategy. With and specific focus on risk and changes mitigation.
***Responsibilitie**
- Handle the day-to-day management and follow-up of the execution of Contractual Obligations in all contracts (current or to be) executed for the Social investment works.
- Ensure that all contract and risk management activities are timely and accurately monitored and carried out, while protecting Engie’s and/or any of its affiliates’ interests throughout the full project construction lifecycle.
- Ensure effective and timely formal and informal communications to contractors.
- Support Claim Management, in full coordination with the Project Team

**Key**Skills** &** Competencies**
- 5-6 years of relevant experience in contract management of general contractors in roles dealing with negotiation and management con Construction projects, change procedures, cost management, claims and variations, negotiation and settlement of disputes with contractors and other stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams. Ability to navigate intranet pages, perform searches, and retrieve information. Ability to organize information from multiple sources and maintain it according to prescribed formats and policies. A thorough command of specialized design, analysis, and modeling tools, as well as interdisciplinary data-centric methods, is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Access and PowerPoint. Ability to type.
- Knowledge of Mexican legislation applicable to contract, civil, commercial law (EPC, General Contractors, Civil, works, edification and Professional Service agreements).
- Knowledge of Construction phases related with edification, civil, electrical, general contractors.
**Education**
**Obligatory**:
- **Education**:University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Law or an equivalent, plus extensive experience in the construction industry within O&G; sector.**:

**Assignment duration: Initially 3 months, followed by a transition to a Fixed-Term Project Contract**
**Work Modality: Presencial**
**Contract Type**: 3 months. After this, it may be possible to have a contract for a specific project into the company.
