- Oversee and manage the **NetSuite technology eco-system**, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of the business.
- Administer **NetSuite** environments, configure system settings, manage user roles, and ensure the platform is running efficiently to support business functions.
- Manage NetSuite projects including rollouts of new features and modules.
- Work with the 3rd party support vendor(s) and other partners to manage their day to day work.
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify, implement, and optimize **NetSuite processes** that support sales, manufacturing, procurement, finance, and other core business processes.
- Develop and maintain **custom reports**, **saved searches**, **dashboards**, and other functional configurations to support operational and financial decision-making.
- Oversee the integration of **NetSuite** with external systems such as **Avalara, RF-Smart**, **Magento (Celigo)**, and other custom integrations to ensure seamless data flow and system functionality.
- Utilize **SuiteScript** (including **SuiteFlow** and **MapReduce**) to automate business processes, streamline workflows, and address custom functional requirements within **NetSuite**.
- Troubleshoot integration issues, and work with third-party vendors to resolve any system-related problems.
- Continuously monitor the system for performance, data integrity, and user adoption, ensuring all integrations and systems align with business goals.




- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that the ERP stack is providing the support for all.
- Perform any other IT-related tasks as required by the organization.
Experiência y requisitos
- 7-10 years of experience with NetSuite, with a focus on functional system management, user support, and process
- optimization.
- Strong knowledge of NetSuite customizations, including saved searches, custom reports, SuiteFlow, and basic SuiteScript functionality.
- Experience with NetSuite integrations such as Avalara, RF-Smart, Magento (Celigo), or other custom integrations.
- Understanding of business processes including Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Inventory Management, and Manufacturing workflows.
- Strong business analysis and project management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- NetSuite certifications manadatory.
- Ability to converse fluently in English & Spanish.
