Bachelor's degree - 5+ years of program or project management experience - 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience - 5+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience - Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements - Speak, write, and read fluently in English - Proficient in advanced Excel functions such as Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Dynamic Arrays (e.g., FILTER, SORT), and IFERROR for efficient data analysis. Power Query and Power Pivot for data transformation and modeling. Dashboards, using Conditional Formatting. What-If tools. Familiar with Macros.
