**Responsibilities**:
- Test Planning and Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases based on project requirements and specifications.
- API Testing: Utilize tools like Postman to conduct API testing, validating request/response payloads, headers, and status codes.
- Defect Management: Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools, collaborating with the development team to ensure timely resolution.
- Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and designers to understand project goals and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Process Improvement: Continuously assess and enhance testing processes, methodologies, and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.




- Documentation: Maintain detailed and organized records of test plans, test cases, and test results.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- API Testing: Strong understanding of API testing methodologies and experience using tools such as Postman.
- Web Technologies: Familiarity with web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and browser developer tools.
- Testing Tools: Experience with test management tools like Qase and defect tracking systems such as Jira.
- Methodologies: Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
**Required Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities**:
- Performance Testing: Experience with performance and load testing tools and methodologies.
- Automation Exposure: Basic understanding or experience with automation tools and frameworks.
- Database Knowledge: Familiarity with SQL and experience in database testing.
- Cloud Platforms: Experience with cloud platforms and integrating testing into CI/CD workflows.
