**Responsibilities**:
- Ensure the maintenance, updating, and follow-up of the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Lead internal audits and coordinate external audit processes.
- Perform supplier audits in accordance with the established audit program.
- Lead the corrective and preventive action process, ensuring compliance and documentation for each identified action.
- Promote and maintain a strong quality and food safety culture across the organization.
- Develop procedures based on new standards or to reinforce existing ones.
- Ensure compliance with KPIs, quality objectives, and all programs integrated into the QMS.




- Oversee instrument calibration and pest control programs.
- Obtain and implement new certifications for Birdman.
- Provide GMP-related training to all personnel.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, QFB, or related fields.
- 4+ years of experience in the dietary supplements, food, pharmaceutical, or medical device industry.
- Experience leading or supporting external and internal audits.
- Basic understanding of STPS regulations and COFEPRIS processes.
- Strong knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and quality management systems.
- Familiarity with food safety standards such as **FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, SQF**.
- Intermediate Ms Office (Word and Excel).
- Technical English.
- Strong written communication skills.
**Desirible Requirements**
- Lead auditor certification on FSSC 22000 v6.
- Knowledge of Mexican regulatory landscape related to quality and safety. Experience in process or systems management related to food, pharmaceuticals, or dietary supplements.
