**Key Responsibilities**
- ** Client Collaboration**: Work closely with tech clients and internal hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver quality talent solutions.
**Required Qualifications**
- ** Experience**: 2-3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong emphasis on staffing and high-volume recruitment, ideally from a large staffing company.
- ** Client-Focused**:



Proven track record of working with tech clients and understanding their unique recruitment needs.
- ** Tech Savvy**: Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment tools, and digital sourcing platforms.
- ** PST Availability**: Must be able to work within Pacific Standard Time hours a few days a week.
