**Who are we?**:
**In one sentence**:
Responsible to administer the operations of computer systems related to UNIX & Windows operating systems, servers, virtualization and Cloud technologies.
**What will your job look like?**:
- Install, configure, and maintain Unix/Linux servers (RHEL, CentOS, AIX, etc.)
- Manage and support VMware vSphere environments, including ESXi hosts and vCenter
- Perform system upgrades, patching, and performance tuning
- Monitor system health and troubleshoot hardware/software issues
- Automate routine tasks using shell scripting or configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible)
- Ensure system security and compliance with internal and external standards
- Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing
- Maintain documentation for systems, processes, and procedures
**All you need is...**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in Unix/Linux system administration
- 3+ years of experience managing VMware environments
- Proficiency in shell scripting (Bash, Perl, Python, Powershell ),



Jenkins, Docker.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, NFS, etc.)
- Experience with monitoring tools (e.g. Grafana,Telegraf)
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and change management
- Sound understanding of IT Management services like Mail, DNS & Proxy
**Nice to have**:
- VMware certifications (VCP-DCV or higher)
- Experience with automation tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef, Jenkins )
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience with SAN/NAS storage systems
- Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- RHEL Certification.
