**Responsibilities**:
- During the program GE will provide assignments, projects & tasks that is related to his/her major where the intern can develop leadership capabilities, communication skills and introduce him/her to the work environment
- Work with industry leading experts to design, select, and implement fuel system components (pumps, valves, heat exchangers, actuators, etc.) for a components lab that is being developed as part of the GE strategy for the future of Aviation.
- Collaborate with Engineers from across GE Aerospace to solve design challenges, field support investigations, product improvements, etc.
**Required Qualifications**:
- Must be actively enrolled in a university within a minimum period of 1 year of remaining classes before graduating. Engineering degree program in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic,
Aeronautical Engineering or related discipline in an accredited university
- Active listener with good communication skills in English, capable of holding a conversation and communicating technical proposals in front of expert forums
- Proactive and accountable with due-dates and commitments, with high level of integrity
