**Responsibilities**:
In a manufacturing environment, drives the long-range strategic planning process for operations by overseeing and managing all manufacturing operations, including manufacturing itself, production control, product engineering, manufacturing engineering, equipment engineering, inventory control, potential materials functions, such as purchasing, and shipping/receiving activities. Defines goals, improves technologies, and resolves problems in conjunction with managers of manufacturing, quality assurance, engineering, and sales.
Supply Chain/Procurement Mgmt:
Plans and implements activities related to the timely, cost-effective procurement, inventory control, planning and quality control of production materials. Develops, implements, and maintains policies, procedures, and material control systems to reduce costs, streamline procedures, and implement solutions. Coordinates with finance/accounting on matters involving inventory carrying costs. Reviews and plans requirements for acceptable inventory.
Logistics Mgmt:
Oversees the planning and controls the flow of materials, products, services and related systems information from point of origin to point of delivery. Areas of responsibility include but are not limited to supply chain services, inventory control, or critical parts availability, material handling, import-export licensing, third-party warehousing and shipping/receiving activities.
Production Control Mgmt:
Develops and implements the company's production control functions including any of the following activities:



master scheduling, production planning/coordination, shop scheduling and dispatching, material requirements, planning systems, work-in-process tracking, material and labor variance controls, and manufacturing performance reporting.
**Qualifications**:
- English advance level.
- Experience managing a logistic team.
- Bachelor degree in Logistics or related careers.
- SAP Knowledge.
- Preferable experience in automotive industry
- Availability for travel 25%- 35% of time.
