Are you interested in audit of travel expense reports, matching of payments between Concur and the different ERP´s. Join our team of PtP/OtC/TnE team
**Your Mission**: Ensuring timely and quality travel expense audit services delivery to entities in the Americas supported by the Regional Center of Excellence.
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform day to day activities like;
- Audit of travel expense reports
- Matching of payments between Concur and the different ERPs
- GL Account reconciliations
- Error corrections
- Support the implementation of improvements to processes and tools in TnE
- Participate in projects for the TnE Regional Center of Excellence Team
- Contribute to an excellent communication flow with stakeholders in the Region and relevant parts of the Integral organization
- Follow agreed procedures within the team
**Your profile**:
- Relevant University degree preferred.
- Experience in travel expense audits in a multinational company.




- 1-2 years’ experience in working in a multinational Shared Service organization will be an advantage
- Good command of Spanish. Working knowledge of English preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools like Outlook, Excel.
- Knowledge of ERP systems like Infor M3 and BPCS will be an advantage.
- Experience from working with SAP Concur are meriting
