PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANIZATION
- Ensure accurate stock availability communication, support campaign execution, and drive product allocation and planning decisions through data analysis and seasonal buying responsibilities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESWeekly stock availability confirmation to customers.-
Distribution of products according to merchandise and assortment plans.-
Follow up & reporting of campaign articles availability.-
Execute store-to-store transfers.-
Weekly analysis of Weeks Cover, Best Sellers & Black Holes to find re-stock opportunities.-
Responsible of seasonal buying of key categories.-
Provide recommendations to the Buying & Trading Team taking various dimensions into consideration like consumer
- & sell-out trends, key product concepts, space management, category analysis.-
Follow and comply with regional teams guidelines in the implementation of Retail Merchandising strategies in line with channel market.-
Develop a set of comprehensive Microstrategy reports analyzing product rotation and relevant merchandising KPIs (e.g. Sell-through, Rate-of Sale, Weeks coverage).AT ADIDAS WE HAVE A WINNING CULTURE.
