**About You**:
- You’re a natural communicator - confident on the phone and not afraid of a cold call
- You love organizing, hitting goals, and learning as you go
- You're curious about international trade and logistics (no experience? We’ll train you!)
- You’re fluent in **English** (B2-C1)
- Bonus points if you’ve used a **CRM** before (but it’s okay if you haven’t yet)
**What You’ll Be Doing**:
- Reaching out to new potential clients and explaining how we can support their logistics needs
- Providing quotes and guiding them through our services (Ocean/Air Freight, Warehousing, and more!)
- Building your own client list and relationships that last
- Keeping things organized in our CRM system (_Sugar - we’ll show you how_)
- Working towards your monthly goals - and celebrating when you hit them
