**About the position**:
In essence, a Senior Quality Engineer plays a crucial role in ensuring that products and services consistently meet or exceed customer expectations and regulatory requirements, while also driving continuous improvement in quality and efficiency.

**Requirements**:
Engineering degree is a must.
Bilingual.
Experience in the Quality area (Min 5 years) / T1 / Automotive Industry
**Technical Proficiency**: Strong understanding of quality assurance principles, methodologies, and tools.
**Analytical Skills**: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop data-driven solutions.
**Problem-Solving**: Effective problem-solving skills to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
**Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
**Project Management**: Proven ability to manage projects, timelines, and resources.




**Leadership**: Ability to lead and mentor team members and guide quality-related initiatives.
**Industry Knowledge**: Familiarity with relevant Automotive industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF16949, ISO14001, ISO45001, VDA, Core Tools, Customer Care).
