The IT Sr Function Group Manager manages multiple teams of senior professionals through other senior managers. The job requires a broad and comprehensive understanding of the different systems, theories and practices relevant to a function as well as practical experience of multiple business cycles. In-depth knowledge of the industry and direct competitors' products/services is also necessary in order to contribute to the commercial objectives of the business. **Responsabilidades clave**:
- Diseñar e implementar la hoja de ruta tecnológica para Banca Comercial en México, alineada a la estrategia corporativa.
- Asegurar la disponibilidad, escalabilidad y resiliencia de los sistemas que soportan la operación comercial.
- Coordinar el desarrollo e implementación de soluciones tecnológicas para originación, atención, manejo de riesgos crediticios, seguimiento y cobranza de productos comerciales (comercio exterior, factoring, etc.).
- Liderar la transformación digital de procesos comerciales, integrando APIs, plataformas de nube, automatización y analítica avanzada.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de regulaciones locales aplicables (CNBV, Banxico, Ley de Protección de Datos Personales, entre otras).
- Colaborar con las áreas de Riesgos, Negocio, Cumplimiento y Jurídico para entregar soluciones integradas que respondan a requerimientos internos y regulatorios.
- Gestionar proveedores tecnológicos estratégicos y contratos de servicios en México.
- Fomentar un modelo operativo ágil (Scrum, DevOps), con foco en entregas de valor continuo.
- Participar en comités ejecutivos, de arquitectura y priorización tecnológica.
**Perfil requerido**:
- Licenciatura en Ingeniería en Sistemas, Tecnologías de la Información, Ciencias Computacionales o afín. Deseable Maestría o MBA.
- Mínimo 10 años de experiência en tecnología bancaria, incluyendo al menos 5 años en liderazgo de soluciones para banca comercial.
