A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
**Daily Payment Application Management**: This role requires strong organizational skills to ensure that all incoming payments are correctly applied by the end of each day. The analyst will be responsible for accurately posting deposits into SAP, maintaining up-to-date cash flow records, and supporting timely financial closing processes.
**Day-to-Day Operational Coordination**: A high level of coordination is essential to prioritize tasks and respond effectively to daily demands. The analyst must proactively manage and follow up on pending issues, especially during high-volume periods, to ensure that all payment-related activities are completed promptly and without errors.
**Ongoing Communication with Collections Team**: This position requires constant collaboration with the Collections tea m to gather missing payment information, validate banking details, and resolve discrepancies. Close teamwork is critical to maintain healthy accounts receivable and support effective cash recovery.
We’re Looking for Someone With
Bachelor’s Degree in a Finance/Business-Related field.
1 years of experience.
Accounting Knowledge.
Microsoft 365 knowledge (excel, word, etc.)
Intermediated English level required.
