What You'll Do
Ensure the quality of the return process by adding value to the experience of sellers on our platform. Collaborate and generate synergies to enhance operational efficiency. Identify improvement opportunities in the process to increase productivity and the number of products re-entered into inventory for resale. Consolidate a highly efficient team with high safety standards and an excellent work environment within the Storage and Distribution Center.
What We're Looking For
2 years of experience in similar positions. Experience in logistics operations, distribution centers, retail, and mass consumption. Proficiency in Excel and knowledge of management systems (WMS, TMS) and AI applications. A degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields is desirable.
