The
Order and Delivery Specialist
will be based in Guadalajara North.

Reporting to the
Director of Sales Operations and Planning,
the
Order and Material Planning Analyst
role involves… assure order fulfillment from customer order receiving to shipment, drive improvements on order schedule improvements to meet customer request dates with correct products and right quantity. Constant consider ways of process improvements in order to optimize its function and to best support department objectives.

What a typical day looks like:
- Operate across Program Management, production planning, and materials planning
- Customer service,



act as the key liaison to customers handling customer order and demand fulfillment (from predict demand to order payment）
- Oversee end-to-end order management processes, including order entry, validation, production scheduling, and delivery coordination
- Ensure accuracy of order details (quantity, pricing, specifications) and compliance with contractual terms
- Monitor order status, resolve discrepancies (e.g., delays, shortages), and ensure on-time delivery to clients
- Customer escalation channel, handle shortages escalations, customer communications and supply allocation base on different customers’ demands
- Manage delivery precisions (OTD, Delivery LT) for general supply sites to sustain good customer delivery experiences
- Manage and coordinate shipment instructions to forwarders/ forwarder in-house staff.
- Customer sample management
- Report FPM Revenue projection for global supply sites
