JOB PURPOSE

Responsible for managing Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) management systems, ensuring compliance with legal, customer, and corporate requirements. Leads internal and external audits, supports ESGI initiatives, and drives continuous improvement in EHS performance.

JOB DETAILS
- Administer and maintain EHS management systems in compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
- Monitor, track, and ensure the achievement of EHS objectives and performance indicators.
- Review and ensure compliance with environmental, health, safety, and other applicable legal requirements.
- Maintain and update management system documentation, procedures, and records.
- Coordinate and follow up on the annual Internal and External Audit Plan.
- Lead and support audits conducted by certification bodies, customers, and government agencies.
- Review and ensure compliance with customer-specific EHS requirements.
- Drive ESGI (Environmental, Social, Governance, and Innovation) initiatives and projects across the organization.




- Identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Support cross-functional teams in achieving compliance, sustainability, and operational excellence goals.
- Prepare reports and presentations related to EHS performance, audits, and management reviews.
- Promote environmental awareness, workplace safety, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.

EDUCATION AND SKILLS
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience leading EHS activities in a manufacturing environment.
- ISO 14001
- ISO 45001
- ISO 50001
- ISO 9001
- ISO 14064
- 3+ years of experience with Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) requirements.
- English 75% or higher
