Job Objective
Provide professional and empathetic telephone support, as well as manage collection activities, ensuring operational continuity, process compliance, and a positive customer experience in accordance with F5 standards.
Main Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in English and Spanish.
- Manage collections, focusing on recovery, negotiation, and follow-up.
- Assist clients with inquiries related to tax services.
- Document interactions clearly and promptly in the assigned systems.
- Meet quality, productivity, and compliance metrics.
- Adapt to different workflows (collections/customer service) according to operational needs.

Required Profile (Hard Skills)
- Advanced English (C1) – essential.
- Native or advanced Spanish.
- Previous experience in collections, call center, or customer service, preferably in the financial, lending, or professional services sector.
- Proficiency in CRM or contact center systems (dialers, ticketing systems, etc.).
- Strong writing and documentation skills.
- Availability to work on-site – essential.




- Availability to work 48 hours per week on a versátil schedule between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday through Sunday, with one variable day off per week – essential.
