The Product Specialist is an intermediate level position responsible for the development of product plans, strategies and tactics in coordination with the Product Management team.The overall objective of this role is to coordinate the promotion of products to develop new markets, increase share of market and obtain competitive position.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist the customer lifecycle strategy from acquisition through early client engagement and implement strategies to optimize portfolio performance
- Assess relevant customer, competitor, and industry insights to help define strategies to improve client experience and portfolio growth
- Provide insight and recommendations on innovative product development, product targeting, and segmentation strategies as well as oversee aspects of product development life cycle management including market demands, technology trends, and the competitive field
- Provide insight and execute on core marketing disciplines such as product development, price, promotions, platform and pillars, launching, and marketing to improve client experience and portfolio growth
- Oversee product financial performance including identifying opportunities and gaps, and developing business strategies
- Work with Operations and Technology with regards to process design and vendor procurement as well as communicate business plans on marketplace approach
- Participate in budgeting and planning for strategic priorities and initiatives
**Qualifications**:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience
- Required Licensing/Registration: Series 7
- Cross functional experience (e.g. marketing, credit, acquisitions, product development, analytics)
- Demonstrated experience driving business innovation, leveraging management information, and data analytics to drive results
- Experience in scenario development and forecasting
- Demonstrated knowledge of product development, financial acumen, and investment processes across asset classes
- Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Demonstrated analytical and influencing skills
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication

The Product Specialist is an intermediate-level position responsible for the development of product plans, strategies, and tactics alongside the Product Management team. The overall objective of this position is to coordinate product promotion to develop new markets, increase market share, and gain a competitive position.
**Facts**:
- Issuer Services Ops Hub perform the contractual obligation activities for more than 800 contracts for the following countries: Panama, Colombia, Peru, Brazil, Puerto Rico, Argentina and Mexico
- Our business handles a wide variety of types of contracts. No contract is the same; all are tailor made, according to the needs of the clients.
**General Description**:
- Independently administer and manage LATAM Agency & Trust Operational activities end - to - end,
including the process coordination with internal areas.
- Responsible to ensure the correct operational deal implementation and deal termination activities related to the Agency & Trust product.
- Responsible to ensure the correct execution of payment / transfers for Agency & Trust area if complying with A&T; agreements signed by the parties thought Citi Platforms.
- Responsible to provide local regulatory reports related to Agency & Trust business required by Regulators on time.
- Responsible to ensure the correct billing process for the services provided.
- Responsible to ensure the correct Performance of the collateral obligations accordingly to contract rules (calculation, waterfall, etc.).
- Support Front & Middle Office, as well as internal areas related to client demands or internal process for Issuer Services Ops Hub.
- Responsible to provide accurate metrics and implement controls related to all activities performed as defined by internal Policies.
- Responsible to ensure the integrity of information, tasks and obligations of contracts in the system, to control and monitor them.
- Responsible to ensure the correct use of our Issuer Services Core system as a tool for daily basis activities to be performed for all agreements.
- Collaborate with different projects related to Issuer Services business in order to improve process and reduce risk and manual intervention.
- If required, work on holidays and at different time - zones in order to provide the proper services for Issuer Services Ops Hub.
