**Department Overview**:
This company has been providing patient-centered care to underserved communities for over 40 years.
As a **Bilingual Customer Service Representative**, you will:
- Respond to patients' inquiries regarding scheduling, rescheduling, or canceling appointments.
- Provide information about available medical providers and specialists.
- Coordinate patient transportation to facilities.
- Handle inquiries from pharmacies, insurance companies, and medical facilities.
- Redirect calls to appropriate departments.
- Escalate complex concerns to supervisors or managers.
- Ensure compliance with companys privacy and operational standards.
**Training**:
- 4 weeks**:2 weeks training + 2 weeks nesting**:
- Schedule**:Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (HMO timezone)**:




- Lunch**:1-hour break during training; minimum 30 minutes during production**
**Profile**:
- Fluent in **English and Spanish**:
- Experience in healthcare or high-paced environments (call center preferred)
**Work Schedule**:
**5 days per week with 2 days off | Must be available across the following time slots (EST)**:
- Monday-Thursday: 6:00 AM - 9:00 PM
- Friday: 6:00 AM - 5:00 PM (until 7:00 PM during July and August)
- Saturday: 6:00 PM - 11:30 PM
- Sunday: 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM
**Transportation**:
- Round-trip transportation support available at any time.
