What will you do?
- Manage and control warehouse process (inbound, picking, inventory)



with a high standard of responsibility, keeping safety, quality and productivity KPI.
- Responsible of inventory accuracy and cycle count plan.
- Lead groups in order to reach productivity and safety guidelines (factory workers).
- Good communication with team members of different areas ( procurement, production team, planner, external warehouse, etc.).
- Available to roll shifts and cover weekend activities.
- Cultivate a positive workplace climate that encourages collaboration, open communication, and mutual respect among team members.
What will you need to succeed?
- KPI Control for Logistics Processes: Expertise in controlling Key Performance Indicators for logistics operations.
- Knowledge and Experience in Warehouse Operations: Proficient in processes such as Goods Receipt, Put Away, and Goods Issue.
- Cycle Count Execution and Root Cause Analysis for Deviations.
- Experience in Physical Annual Inventory Planning and Execution: Skilled in planning and executing annual physical inventories.
- Demonstrated experience in managing operational personnel.
- Knowledge of SAP Systems Related to WMS.
- Experience in Attending Internal and External Audit Processes.
