You, as a Mechatronics Engineer, will play a critical role in improving manufacturing processes through the design and implementation of automation solutions. You will contribute to the development of efficient and safe production systems by integrating mechanical, electrical, and control technologies. Your work will support our mission to deliver high-quality, competitive, and sustainable manufacturing operations.
About the Job:
- Design and implement automation processes to improve production quality and competitiveness using available or emerging technologies.- Manage, operate, and maintain automation projects that address manufacturing challenges and meet operational needs.- Design and build custom workstations and tools, including fixtures, molds, dies, presses,



safety components, testers, and production lines.- Automate existing processes and evaluate investment proposals.- Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, Manufacturing, and Safety departments to validate and release new equipment into production.- Analyze electronic boards and test equipment to ensure functionality and reliability.- Location: Matehuala, San Luis Potosi.
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering.- 1-2 years of experience in automation and manufacturing environments.- Knowledge of PLC programming and LabVIEW.- Proficient in CAD design.- Basic understanding of electronics, pneumatics, electricity, and mechanics.- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Team-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently.- Willingness to work in a dynamic production environment.
