**Job Description**:

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Backlog Management**:Own and maintain the team backlog, ensuring it reflects current priorities and business needs.
- **User Story Development**:Write, refine, and prioritize user stories that clearly articulate business requirements and customer value.
- **Team Planning**:Lead and facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and other agile ceremonies in collaboration with cross-functional teams.




- **Requirement Translation**:Translate business requirements and strategic direction from General Experience Leaders and Product Owners into executable user stories.
- **Dependency Management**:Identify and manage data, platform, and cross-team dependencies to ensure timely and coordinated delivery.
- **Stakeholder Collaboration**:Act as a liaison between experience strategy and delivery teams, ensuring alignment and transparency.
- **Continuous Improvement**:Monitor delivery outcomes and contribute to retrospectives and process enhancements.
**Qualifications**
- 3+ years of experience in digital product, customer experience, or agile delivery roles.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and backlog management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable tasks.
- Experience working in global or matrixed organizations is a plus.
