**Kingfa Sci. & Tech. Mexico** are seeking for a Financial Specialist located in SLP,
Maintain a thorough understanding of Mexican tax laws, including ISR, IVA, IMSS/INFONAVIT, and other regulatory requirements.
- Ensure the timely and accurate preparation, filing, and payment of tax returns.
- Stay up to date on tax policy changes and implement necessary adjustments to maintain compliance.
- Stong knowledge on import and export operations.
Financial Operations:
- Manage daily accounting tasks, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end closings using SAP, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software.
- Oversee issuance and validation of client and supplier invoices (CFDI) within Mexico’s tax system (SAT).
- Verify tax documentation for accuracy and legal compliance.
Policy Adherence:
- Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors to ensure proper financial reporting and audit readiness.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Support financial audits by providing required documentation.
Communicate effectively with international stakeholders in both English and Spanish.
Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.




Experience: 3-5 years of accounting experience, with a strong focus on Mexican taxation and financial operations.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in SAP, QuickBooks, or equivalent accounting software.
Hands-on experience with Mexico’s electronic invoicing system (SAT) and tax validation processes.
**Language**:
Fluency in
English and Spanish (written and verbal) is required
Certifications:
