Key Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive outreach to schools, community organizations, and local partners to develop new business opportunities and programs.
- Manage all inbound inquiries, calls, and leads with a strong focus on conversion and revenue generation.
- Own the full sales cycle from initial contact through closing, including handling objections and securing commitments.
- Book private lessons, birthday parties, studio rentals, and other services while ensuring a seamless client experience.
- Re-engage past clients through targeted outbound outreach to drive rebookings and new sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, outreach activities, and booking details within company systems.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, schools, and community partners.
- Manage scheduling, client communications, and administrative tasks with a high level of organization and attention to detail.
- Proactively identify challenges, make informed decisions, and bring solutions to management when needed.

Requirements




- Proven sales experience with a strong track record of closing deals and exceeding goals.
- Exceptional closing skills with the confidence to handle objections, create urgency, and convert leads into customers.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Comfortable handling high-volume phone calls, client interactions, and relationship-building conversations.
- Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail.
- Proficient with Google Workspace, particularly Google Sheets and Google Forms; experience with Mindbody is a strong plus
- Self-starter with a high level of ownership, initiative, and accountability.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
- Coachable, receptive to feedback, and committed to continuous improvement.
- Professional, personable, and capable of representing the brand with confidence and enthusias
