Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in HR, Business Administration, Labor Relations, Psychology, Management or a related field.
- Solid understanding of local labor laws, employment regulations and HR compliance requirements.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing workforce dynamics and HR practices in a factory or high-volume operational environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Willingness and ability to work in a multicultural and multinational manufacturing environment.
Experience
- 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 4–5 years in an HR Manager or equivalent HR leadership role.
- Strong experience in manufacturing, OEM/ODM, electronics, automotive, consumer products or other high-volume manufacturing environments is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience managing employee relations and labor/union relations in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience working in a multicultural organization with both local and expatriate employees. Experience in cross-cultural communication and organizational integration is strongly preferred.
- Experience supporting HR audits, labor compliance and social compliance requirements is preferred.
