We're Hiring: Marketing Manager (Full Time, Remote)
Primum Law Group is a growing corporate law firm serving startups and founders. We're looking for one person to own our marketing end to end: content, webinars, email, and LinkedIn for both the firm and its founder.
This is not an execution-only role. We need someone who tracks every moving piece, stays ahead of deadlines, brings ideas rather than waiting for them, and can take a goal and run with it.
What You'll Own
● Email marketing and newsletters, built and sent in Go High Level, with full ownership of list health and performance.
● Our webinar program from invitation through follow-up.
● LinkedIn for the firm and the founder, in a documented brand voice.
● Our weekly blog, using an AI-assisted workflow you edit, fact-check, and publish.
● Brand-consistent visuals in Canva and a marketing calendar that flags risk before it slips.
What You Need
● Two to four years of marketing experience in professional services or B2B, marketing to a sophisticated buyer.
You should already understand how to market expertise and build trust rather than sell a product.
● Hands-on experience running email campaigns in a marketing automation platform (Go High Level strongly preferred).
● Demonstrated LinkedIn skill, including writing in an executive or founder's voice.
● Comfort using AI tools like Claude for daily content production, with the judgment to know when the output isn't good enough.
● Fluent in English, written and spoken.
● A strong visual eye.
● Proven ability to work independently in a fully remote role.
Nice to Have
● Experience marketing for a law firm or another regulated professional services business. Helpful, but we will teach the legal context to the right person.
● Canva proficiency.
● Experience marketing to startups, founders, or venture-backed companies.
