**Shift: Monday to Saturday: 8am to 5 pm**
**Responsibilities**:
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
- Assist and advise guards on company information
- Conduct new guards induction, assisting to get onboard and to maintain files, audit reports and renewals of guards documents.
- Establish and manage proper workflow to ensure daily, weekly and monthly reports and requirements are met
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Ensure safety & security procedures are adhered to
- Maintain ongoing strategic relationships with public and private authorities.




- Implementing and executing property security standards.
- Organize and direct surveillance services in all business units.
- Design and maintain the company's asset security plan through procedures and reporting metrics.
- Promote a culture of personnel and property security.
- Obtain and review repair estimates, approve repairs in accordance with all CTPAT regulations.
- Establish daily, weekly and monthly tasks to track each breakdown and track resolution timeline.
- Monitor the content and maintenance of CCTV and access control system images and data on a monthly basis.
**Requirements**:
- Good english skills.
- Previous experience with physical security or similar.
- College degree preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and work under pressure.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise.
- High level of personal integrity, objectivity and honesty.
