How you will make a difference: the service delivery technician is responsible for delivering on-site it support in the distribution center, ensuring operational continuity of critical warehouse systems and technologies. The role focuses on minimizing downtime through rapid incident response, supporting business-critical processes, and enabling associates to efficiently execute receiving, picking, packing, and shipping activities. Years of related professional experience: 5-7 years in is/it environment in-depth technical knowledge of workstation hardware and software, printers, network and peripheral equipment like scanners, tape-drive, rf, terminals, etc. Fluent in english, knowledge of other languages is an asset. Working knowledge of microsoft windows server platform, windows and mac os,
local area networks and the vf wide area network advanced knowledge of microsoft products (os & office), apple os/i os, citrix client willingness to work flexible shifts and scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays. Available to participate in a 24x7 on call rotation including weekends and holidays strong technical troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and mobile devices, including rf scanners and warehouse systems. Knowledge of distribution center operations and ability to support wms environments. Proven ability to manage incidents, prioritize tasks based on business impact, and maintain it asset control. Demonstrates strong customer service, communication, and teamwork skills, with the ability to support non-technical users in a fast-paced operational environment. Analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure, adapt to shifting priorities, and support extended operational schedules. Provide technical support to warehouse users and systems, ensuring continuity of distribution center operations. Install, configure, and maintain dc hardware and software following company standards ensure rapid resolution of critical incidents impacting receiving, picking, packing, and shipping processes support warehouse network connectivity (wi-fi, mobile devices, access points) to maintain operational efficiency maintain accurate inventory and lifecycle management of it assets within the distribution center
