Crm & service analytics specialist remote | based in mexico | supporting the canadian team about the role mabe is looking for a crm & service analytics specialist to join our post-sales service team. This is a remote role based in mexico, working closely with our canada-based team. In this role, you'll be the key user and main point of support for our crm platform, supporting service operations and driving data-informed decisions that improve efficiency and the customer experience. What you'll do: administer and maintain the crm platform, ensuring correct configuration, data integrity, and service provider management manage the service network within the crm (providers, technical skills, coverage areas, postal codes, etc.)



Coordinate and execute functional testing for system updates and new features support strategic service initiatives and continuous improvement projects build and analyze reports, kpis, and operational dashboards provide analytical support to call taking, sales & parts, and depot management act as the liaison between business users and it/systems teams what we're looking for: bachelor's degree in business administration, industrial engineering, information systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 2+ years of experience in crm administration, data analysis, or service operations support advanced english (written and verbal) is mandatory strong analytical mindset and a continuous-improvement attitude why join us remote role with international exposure strong collaboration with cross-functional and international teams
