Strong experience managing plastic commodities within the automotive industry. Advanced english communication skills. Sap mm module knowledge and hands-on experience. Proven expertise in supplier negotiations, sourcing strategies, cost reduction initiatives, and purchasing processes. Strong decision-making, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience developing and executing savings projects and market benchmarking activities. Key responsibilities: • develop and lead the implementation of commodity strategies and action plans aligned with business objectives. • build and maintain a robust supplier panel that exceeds expectations in cost, quality, program management, and supply chain performance. • manage supplier contracts throughout the entire supplier lifecycle,



from onboarding to exit. • analyze supply market intelligence, identify purchasing risks and opportunities, and ensure data transparency. • lead annual savings negotiations and continuously drive cost reduction initiatives to achieve and exceed budget targets. • present supplier innovations and support implementation when technically and commercially feasible. • collaborate closely with engineering and cross-functional teams to influence sourcing decisions and optimize cost and technical performance. • ensure the implementation and compliance of regional purchasing initiatives, processes, procedures, and it tools. • conduct market benchmarking and identify best practices to maintain competitiveness.
